I went to see Kristina on Friday just based on her microscope findings there were 2 things going on that were causing my hairloss and 1 of those things was because my internal system was out of balance. Today I went back for follicle testing and learned so much about my body and why I feel like crap. She shared with me all the other things going on inside my body that finally showed up on the outside of me through my hairloss. When i said that i requested dreads and not twists she became angry and told me that she had blocked 6 hours of clients for my appt and that twists were exactly the same as dreadlocs. I disagreed and we rescheduled. At second appt she showed me actual dreadloc ext and i was thrilled. About 30 min in i asked for a mirror. When i looked at my right side which she said was "done" there were only 5 dreads. Each ext was coming out of a hexagon with 3" sides ! It looked ridiculous ! I found out that she had only ordered 40 ext even though she told me at consult that the $650 price was due to the fact that my hair was so thick it would require 100. She only ordered 40. I asked her to take them out. She never offered to do it again after ordering more dreads. She never offered to combine the dreads with something else. As i was leaving she said she would issue a refund the next day. The following day i received a zelle payment of $150 ! Both appt fails we through no fault of my own ! Both appt fails were the direct result of her actions. She kept $500 of my payment without even discussing it with ne and now refuses to answer my calls or text messages. Very unprofessional. Borderline criminal actions that cost a single mother of a special needs child $500. I strongly do not recommend.
