I said that he had lost my business, he said they would do fine with or without my business. I found out, on Monday, that I had spoken to the owner. I called back to speak to someone on that day. He said he had just sold a bunch of furniture to the school district, so they would be fine without my business. He said he had talked to the employee and asked his side of the situation and that he was busy, which is why he said that they would be fine without my business. In other words, he was to busy to handle my situation. I will never go back, I would spend more money anywhere else than there.

I thought we had the 120 day break in period. I even got emails from them stating they hope I was getting great sleep. Actually my shoulders began hurting and now I'm in therapy for that. They did not care this mattress was causing me shoulder problems and said there was nothing they could or would do. I'm stuck with a $3,000 mattress that does not fit my needs. I asked the clerk what he would do in my situation. He said buy a new mattress. Won't be buying anything from them. I have purchased three mattresses from them in the last 1 1/2 years.
