I thought we had the 120 day break in period. I even got emails from them stating they hope I was getting great sleep. Actually my shoulders began hurting and now I'm in therapy for that. Stopped by the East Peoria store and was told I did NOT get the 120 day break in period and I could not exchange this mattress. They did not care this mattress was causing me shoulder problems and said there was nothing they could or would do. I'm stuck with a $3,000 mattress that does not fit my needs. I asked the clerk what he would do in my situation. He said buy a new mattress. Won't be buying anything from them. I have purchased three mattresses from them in the last 1 1/2 years. I have sent family and friends to this store over the last few years. No more recommendations!!!
