My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate for here purchased in 4/15/2023 I went to get a pedicure on 5/13/2023. When I webt to pay and handed her the g.c. She said she could only use half because they were under new management. I tried to argue with her saying they should honor all prior g.c. And they said no. She took $20 off my total and the other $15 got wasted and I had to pay out of pocket for the rest. Find out today that the previous owners gave them $1000 to cover previously sold gift certificates. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I cannot believe the terrible attitude of the owner. I asked her to fix two issues that I noticed during her RUSHED polish job. One, there were visible bubbles in the polish and two, she didn't bother to cover the edges of my nails with polish. YOU HEARD ME. SEVERAL of my nails were devoid of polish on the inside or outside or both edges. At first, I thought, okay, it's just the first coat. But no! She doubled down on the sloppy during the second coat. When I, nicely, asked her to polish those missed places, she began shaking her head and said, " if you don't like the way we do nails here, don't come back." GLADLY!!! I don't know about you, but if I spend 100.00+ on a mani/pedi, I want perfection. You want my money, right? Well, I don't have gel color and a lamp at home to fix your mistakes. sI shouldn't have to advocate for myself in this situation. Full coverage nail polish and a smooth surface should be STANDARD!. AM I SUPPOSED TO HATE MY NAILS AND BE IRRITATED EVERY TIME I LOOK DOWN? OR DO I SPEAK UP IN A COURTEOUS FASHION AND GET WHAT I'M PAAAYYYYYYIIIINNNNGGGG FOR??? I really wish I could rate no stars. Not even 20 minutes into having a full set done both gems fell off, then 2 hours later a nail popped off from me picking a napkin up.. they had no idea what shape ballerina was. Not to mention there were 3 teenage girls in there and I ran into one today that said hers keep popping off too. The place sucks 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. I now have one hand of nails and the other only has the thumb and pointer finger left... I went no even a week ago. Note I only went here because my salon closed. I do not recommend. I got a mani/pedi, starting with the pedicure. The guy doing my nails kept stopping to text on his phone. He barely scrubbed my feet at all, just enough to make it seem like he did it. They do not used sanitized tools, like the foot scrubber or nail files - gross and unacceptable. I also noticed that they DO NOT wash the basin afterward, they just rinse it out. If I had known this, I definitely wouldn't have stayed here. Terrible selection of polishes. They're all extremely old - most are down to the bottom or have separated and there are only a few name brands choices. The rest seem really cheap. Also, the base coat used on my fingers caused them all to chip within a few days. Basically, I was in a crunch because I was leaving for vacation the next morning so this was my option, but with so many choices closer to Fox Chapel, I should have left and tried to get an appointment at one of those. Lesson learned. I recommend avoiding this place. read more

The worst place ever. The woman working was nice but the man doing my nails was so unhappy and rude. I had got my nails done here FIVE days ago and they are already lifting and growing out. He did such a half ass job. Had glue all over my fingers. I was told it would come off when I shower. So angry about how awful they did on my nails. read more

I never write bad reviews I wouldn't even give it one star! Very disappointing...and quite honestly the worst acrylic nails I have ever gotten! The lady is great considering that she tried to fix my nails but they were horrible!! The acrylic must be old because it started to peel at the sides right away. The guy who did my nails didn't seem to even care about the customer and was more into the Days of our lives soap opera on the tv behind him! The owner lady is very nice and tried to fix my disaster of a job, but my acrylic pink & whites didn't even last a full week!! I should have bought some glue on fake nails for what these were worth! read more

This place is disgusting. The polishes are very old and gross and hardly any selection. The man that did my $30 horrible pedicure did not even offer to cut down? I would never return especially for what they charge for their services. I was planning on a gel manicure as well but definitely passed on that. They could not even bother to wipe the dust and watermarks off of the pedicure chairs. Incredibly foul smell and not enjoyable whatsoever. read more

Came in with my 4 children 2 of which were in a double stroller. One was sleeping. The other 2 were sitting in chairs at the entrance. Not touching a single thing. My 2 year old was being a little noisy only because she couldn't see her siblings behind us. After my fill was done and I paid and tipped he finished my polish and asked me not to come back with my children. I'm the first to admit when my kids are in the wrong but they weren't doing anything at all. And in front of 2 other customers he said not to come back with them. I said I dont have family out here it's just me and my husband who work opposite shifts so my kids fo where ever I go and he said go somewhere else then. I was so mortified and embarrassed. All I wanted was some me time which doesn't exist with 4 kids and I'm treated like that... after I tipped $7 on a $25 dollar service. Also the bonder burned me finger and the drip kept hitting my nail bed almost cutting me . Rushed me out of there all because I brought my children. Meanwhile they have 2 children the same age that were in the facility. read more

The employees were all very friendly. They did a great job on my pedicure. And silly note but the bathrooms were nice and clean too!
