I've been here twice so far each time they've done a really nice job! The first time I went with my daughter (she's 4.5) and she absolutely loved it. Her gel polish ended up coming off after two days, but she also likes to pick her nails. My first set lasted almost four weeks, believe it or not! Visited this spot for a walk in appointment and they had availability. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I don't get my nails done often so I wanted to treat myself. Overall it was okay. They need music up in there as it was silent but I like a quiet appointment (just prefer some soft music). Not sure if my nails needed extra work or they were a little rough but after clipping my cuticles a few of my nails were bleeding. My nails are cute though for my trip so that's what matters for now . read more

If they had no stars that's exactly what I would give them. I just left there. I told her when she first put the gel X nails on that they were too big. She didn't listen. My nails are bigger than my fingertips. We're going on a cruise in two days and my nails look like trash I'm gonna pay to go have them removed tomorrow and have them put back on somewhere else. read more

I did not like the pedicure services. Poor service, no massage, wanted to add on and charge for services constantly. Had to ask to trim the nails, even then they were not properly trimmed. Nail polish on the skin was not cleaned. Very basic facility, no vibe, intense chemical smell, gave me headache. read more

I came here with my friend today. I told her my last appointment was amazing!!! Well mine was good, but not as amazing. There was no massage, no hot stones, and there was supposed to be. However, my friends appointment was awful. Her heels are still dry- they did not grate it or use the parafin which was included in hers. She also did not receive any massage. Her feet mostly sat in lukewarm water. We both had the guy today and he is not nearly as good as the young girls I had last time. Very disappointed this time read more

I have gone to this place a few times and I didn't have a bad experience. The service is not terrible but they are very pushy. I didn't feel comfortable at all only because I felt like it was about money and not what I wanted. I will not be returning to this place at all. This was my first time at this Salon. The Salon itself seemed clean and the staff members were friendly. It was the week of Christmas so the salon was busy but I still sat right down for my walk-in appointment. I got my acrylics filled and a gel manicure. The gel mani turned out really nice. MY only complaint was when she shaped my nails- I needed to have two filled off and redone and you can clearly tell the difference between the nails I already had and the two nails she did from scratch. She couldn't seem to match the shape even when I was holding the other nails right next to it! One of the nails ended up being crooked. The overall experience was good. But if you're an avid manicurer, you know how much it can bother you when your nails don't match up. read more

Came here one day with a friend to treat ourselves to a pedicure and hot stone massage. From all of the outside shops and appearance it looked like a nice place. It wasn't horrible but there was wall paper on the windows instead of curtains, so they're obviously not worried about appearance on the inside. Staff was friendly enough. I do not know how this place only has three stars. Yes, it may not be the updated nail place that has TVs and serves wine, but the goal of a pedicure and manicure is to relax and take some time for you. This place is AMAZING! I was really hoping to like this place since I live close, but wasn't thrilled with my experience. Pushing extra services and add ons went a little too far and made me uncomfortable. Washed the brushes and tools in the same water where my feet were soaking. Polishes were disorganized which made it hard to find a color. Pedicure turned out nice and the people were friendly, only reason for 3 stars, but I might look elsewhere next time I need my nails done. read more

I have never had my nails done before and on a whim I stopped here. I was placed with a young guy who seemed to be very hurried although there were only a few patrons and no one walking in. He kept filing and rather fast, he ended up cutting me to the point I bled and it hurt. All he kept saying was he was sorry but never slowed down while filing. Now I may have never had fake nails put on before but one would assume that you would have your cuticles pushed back and trimmed. This never happened. I ended up paying $50 and I thought they looked horrible compared to what I have seen my friends having done. read more

My friend came to this nail spa and received a staff infection from a pedicure she had gotten at this place if you don't know a staff infection can lead to death this place is dirty and I asked them to show me how they sanitize there tools and they use a light which they should also be using barbicide as well they don't clean the pedicure bowls I have my cosmetology license and have gone through a lot of training with disinfection and sanitization they sat there a refused to admit that they could ever do such a thing but this is the only place my friend has gone she went to 2 different doctors who told them that she had gotten it from a pedicure and they told us she has never been there before when she has a digital receipt from the place they are dirty and ignorant they acted like I would come in a make it up for $25 like I don't make my own money the only reason they got one star from me is due to the fact that I had to I have been to many nails salons because I get my nails done very often and I have never been to a place like this one they do not care about the well being of their customers and they refuse to admit when they are wrong I am very upset about this because she was just trying to be a good sister and take her younger siblings to get there nails done and came out with blistered toes and now she could potentially be hospitalized for this read more

I am so mad right now. When I entered the salon, I specifically asked for the regular acrylic nails. I was getting a french, so I understood that there may a small upcharge. When I was seated, I again asked for the regular acrylic. The girl pulls out the pink and white powder and I again ask, "is that the regular acrylic?" She says yes. Acrylic nails are $27 plus $5 for french. She charges me $43 and says she did the "pink and white," which is a different product. I have been a customer at Cranberry Nails for many years even before it was under the current management. My experiences for mani/pedis has been average to good. There have been several occasions that I've had my feet soaking so long while waiting for a technician, the water has gone cold. But all in all, it was good enough that I always returned every month. After today, I will not go back. The technician/owner spent all of 15 minutes on my pedicure. She spoke loudly to the other staff the entire time I was in the chair. She was more focused on the door than my feet. But the worst part was having to sit across from a man who was sleeping in the massage chair across from me. Eventually, he woke up and went into the waxing room to finish his nap. He was sleeping on the waxing table!! I've also had to deal with employees' children interrupting my technician/mother because he needed to be put back into the waxing room/childcare room after continually running through the salon.
