Anyway, Dev looked at the report and said some doctor speak and was on his way. Went to electrophysiologist in Tarzana and had a cardio ablation done and have not had an Afib episode for a couple of years. I've heard there's also a good electrophysiologist at UCLA too. If you have heart issues, Dev might be fine for you. If you have Afib, it's important to see an electrophysiologist

The scheduling woman scoffed at me and said, well we are booking into July. I told her he had a heart attack last week and the hospital and his primary would like him to been seen as soon as we can. She literally scoffed, chuckled and looked at her co-worker and said, Well we STILL don't have an appointment until July. The attitude and distain she had in her voice was not only shocking, but the most rude and uncompassionate thing I have ever seen in a medical office. I was not surprised they were booked up, but how she said what she said was inexcusable. I don't know if Dr. Aliabadi knows this is what is happening in his office, but I hope he does something. On the flip side, we went to another office in the same building and after hearing what we said, that front office person went to great measures to get us in the very next week and had to ask staff to make scheduling accommodations due to our situation. I went to an appointment and they kept me waiting over two hours and then said that my appointment was for their other office in another location. I scheduled another appointment and I waited an hour and forty five minutes to see the doctor. He spent five minutes with me and recommended a test. The third appointment, I waited over and hour and finally was seen by an outside vender who did the echocardiogram. I was told to come back for the results and on that appointment after waiting an hour they finally told me that they could not find my records. The doctor was running all around the office looking for my file while I waited another hour. I finally just left with no results. They billed me for all these appointments and to this date, I have had no resolution with their billing or the doctors office. Complete waste of time. Incompetent is a mild description. If you need healthcare this is not the doctor to provide it.
