I used a coupon for a free car wash that was in a Value Pack mailing. The GM, Curtis, greeted me while I was vacuuming before washing since there were a few minutes until ModWash opened. Curtis was very friendly and walked me through how everything worked. He even came over after the wash to give me a free car air freshener (which smells delicious, a nice soft fruity fragrance) and to tell me the other free extras that were included. The car wash wash really good! I hadn't washed my car in months and the wash got it very clean and almost completely dry. The wash uses a lot a soap and has lots of fun colors coming through from the disco lights. Kids would totally enjoy it and the lights would be super fun in the dark evening hours. The dryers at the end have little tubes on them that concentrated the blowing air drying everything way better than a typical car wash. The vacuums are strong! Plus, there are different attachments to get into tight spaces. I left very interested in buying a membership. I will give this business and experience five stars, although the website is very confusing and not very helpful. You really can't get any clear details on any membership package unless you register your information first, which I'd rather not do. I also asked Curtis twice about pricing without getting an informative answer. I was hoping ModWash would have a print out of the options on hand to give to potential new members but no. Not having clear details on each membership up front makes me a little leery. I will call and try to get specific answers to my questions. read more

This car wash does a great job getting your car cleaned. I had some bugs on the front of my vehicle that didn't come off. I spoke with the young man in the lot who came up to me and asked how my wash was. I showed him the bugs were still on the front of my car. He apologized and advised me that this is a soft cloth wash and wouldn't get them all off as they were on there quite good. I used the free towels and spray provided on the cart to work on getting them off. The young man offered to send me back through for a free wash and I took him up on that. After I came out the second time and went to wipe the water off that didn't dry from the dryers. The young man approached me again to see what I thought. I told him that my car looks amazing! After speaking for a bit and realizing I would be back a few times a month he offered to refund my wash and put the money towards the monthly unlimited plan. Talk about great customer service. So instead of the $24 I spent today and then signing up for the unlimited plan for $39.99 separate, I just paid the $39.99 even after getting washed on a single wash. I was so happy when ModWash opened in Mechanicsburg. Even the $10 wash does a complete job. It's great to have the long handled brushes to clear/ pre-wash the excess dirt and baked on bug residue. High pressure air guns are so useful for clearing small dirt, carpet particles, and blowing off the vinyl floors of fleet vehicles. Anthony, Curtis, and Jess (and other employees as well) always check in on me to see if there is anything I need or something they can do for me -- like spraying off the vinyl floor mats! Great service! The carpet vacuum mat cleaner is particularly useful. Lerfe spray bottles of sanitizer and window cleaner is available for use. The cleaning cloths are sturdy enough to clean vinyl interior surfaces and the inside of doors, windows, rubber seals---and can still clean windows with minimal streaks. Right now, I'm half way finished cleaning our college fleet vehicles. Being able to do this at ModWash has made my job so much easier and FASTER than cleaning on campus. FRAUD. Went to this car wash a couple months ago and purchased a single car wash. I checked my card statement and there is recurring payment plan that showed up (RECURRING DEBIT CARD XXXXXXXXX MODWASH PA) I call the customer service number and after 5 minutes a person answered and I asked him about the charge, he said it was a glitch. So when I asked him to confirm that MODWASH captured my card information for a single car wash months ago, they kept all the card information on file? He would confirm it and didn't want to answer and he hung up the phone. I called right back and waited on hold again. When I was transfer, they hung us again without saying a word... I assume they have caller ID. So I called from another phone, and after waiting on hold for the third time, a different man answered. I asked for his supervisor. He said he works remotely and there isn't a supervisor. (It sounded the customer service is outsourced over seas) I was not transferred to a supervisor. This man confirmed that they in-fact do retain all your card information including a photo of your license plate and your cell phone number on file. BEWARE!!! read more

Used to love here it here... Recently had a huge issue with Angie who fraudulently charged my card (and my sisters) for membership sign ups after we told her NO. Customer service hasn't answered me and the GM won't answer me. My sisters went in to talk to the GM (who is never there) and cannot get a point of contact with him. I emailed customer service 4 times and the GM 2 this past week and no response. Very poor customer service and irresponsible that they are continuing to let the worker work there knowing she is doing this to people and being fully aware of it. They are ignoring a huge problem and covering it up and I am starting to think they taught her this to bring in more money for them selves. Why else would nobody answer me or reach out when I am trying multiple times to reach someone?? Avoid this place and Angie very unprofessional and unacceptable for handling complaints read more

Bryce was so helpful during my visit. He thoroughly explained the membership to me so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. I am such a neat freak so I know I will get my moneys worth! He also checked up on me several times to ensure I knew how to use the cleaning supplies to the full extent. Excellent customer service. This is the type of person that makes an experience go from great to extraordinary! If you are considering someone to give a raise or make manager, look no further. He is a great sales man and has strong customer service skills. I always have an amazing experience here. One time before someone almost rear ended me and they gave me a free cleaning. They deleted my review off of Google because they know what they are doing SCAMMING! BEWERE OF ANGIE!!! She scammed my daughter and sister-in-law with a membership. They told her simply NO to a membership and she signed them up for a $40 monthly membership... WHO DOES THAT? My daughter asked what she did with her card and she admitted to signing her up after saying no. Was told to just cancel it she can not do anything about it. "Oh well" is this how you treat customers? Did the managers taught her this? I will be getting a lawyer to discuss lawsuit on Modwash and this older lady. I wanted to leave an update. I changed my rating to a five-star for a couple of reasons. First, and foremost, it is 100% worth getting the unlimited wash package! A decent job for a good price. I was greeted by HOPE, a nice gentleman that explained the different levels of the car wash. he was professional, friendly and nice. i was offered a air freshener for the car which is pretty groovy. after the purchase of the car was, he guided me to the next step of the car wash. There was an attendant there to help line up the car. I use another car wash closer to my home, regularly, and MOD car wash was really nice. I think it did a better job and had more cleaning steps than where I usually go for car washes. read more

ModWash is one of the best car washes there is. The offer free vacuuming so you can take your time and your not on a time limit to rush. They offer free towels to use to wipe your car and the inside. They offer free window cleaner spray and spray to clean the inside of your vehicle. They also give you a free air freshener to use after your done cleaning your vehicle. My Jeep always comes out so clean from the drive through car wash! Definitely recommend. read more

Recently got the unlimited membership here for my new truck and I have had nothing but positive experiences. They have a promotion right now that the first month of your membership is only $9.99. They have cleaning carts at the vacuums with towels, glass cleaner, sanitizer, etc. all for free with the car wash. Workers have been super chill, friendly, and helpful. After hearing positive things about this car wash I finally checked out this past week. it was incredible! My car was covered in dirt from a recent camping trip and the car wash completed cleaned it off. the vacuums were so helpful, and was able to pick everything up.
