You drive up, select your wash option, pay by card, and drive up to the automobile washing tunnel. When I was there, they had an employee at the entrance helping newbies to the business. Like "sorry sir, you can't take your horse and buggy thru the fancy washing tunnel. It is just for automobiles, with working windows." When you get to the tunnel, you drive up to the track and follow the directions from the computer lights. It tells you to pull up, stop and then put your automobile in neutral. BTW, you can't put a horse in neutral which is why they don't allow horses. The track drags your automobile (in neutral) thru it, washing, waxing and eventually drying it. When you get to the end, your automobile is clean. You can then drive to one of the many complimentary vacuum stations to clean the inside of your automobile. Additional Information - I don't think they take cash. Card only. - You can't drive in to only use the vacuums. It is part of the washing package you pick. - Make sure you get your kids out of the back of the truck before going into the washing tunnel, unless they need a bath.
