Called AAA for a toe at 1225pm. Truck arrived at 341pm. Driver said he picked up other tows that were on the way. While I waited....

I had a flat of a rental car. Mode was quick, friendly and efficient to put on the spare even in the cold, wet weather.

This business was supposed to tow my car as part of a AAA call. My car was in a parking garage at the hospital, which was clearly stated at the time of the call. MODZ accepted the job and arrived about 2 hours after the initial call. When he arrived, the driver called, didn't even know that I was in a garage (AAA's communication fault, perhaps). He told me that he couldn't get his truck into the garage. I told him that my car CAN run, the radiator leaked its fluid out but I could drive it just to the street so that he could hook it up there. The driver said no, I'll park my truck & come up to meet you before you do that (didn't say why but I didn't ask, just agreed to it). I explained to him in detail where I was parked and he described it back to me exactly, and he said he knew right where I was. I waited 25 minutes after he told me that and he never showed up. He just completely bailed on me & left me there, not a word. I tried calling him & her didn't answer his phone. Next thing I know, I get a new service request number from AAA. Instead of letting me drive my car outside to hook it up, he completely ditched the request, without a word. The estimated arrival of my next tow truck is over 2 hours from the time he arrived. I am STILL sitting in a dark parking garage waiting. Update: Austin Hess from the business called me back to speak to me about what happened, refused to acknowledge my side of the story AT ALL, told me he was going to put AAA on the line to tell me what REALLY happened. I know what really happened. I was the only one on the call that was a first-hand participant in what really happened. I told him this, he told me to go f**k myself, and hung up on me. BTW, the second tow truck provider that actually did show up let me drive my car out of the garage and hooked it up, the entire exchange took less than 10 minutes.
