Brought my brand new telecaster in for a setup and the owner did a good job, however when I brought…read moreit in a few weeks later to have fret sprout addressed, the owner mangled the high E side of the fretboard. It appears he used improper tools, sloppy technique, and did no protective taping. It is rough, uneven, and he also proceeded to over bevel the frets to almost 3 times the proper length so the string constantly pops off the side. When I brought it to his attention and asked him to pay to have the neck that he ruined replaced, he refused.

I sold this guitar back to guitar center where I bought it and got 375 I messaged db music to let them know about the price situation and they wanted to say I don't know what I'm talking about and that nobody has ever said anything like that. He was very dude over the messages I don't suggest buying or selling to these people they have a very select choice of people they want to be fair with and others they do wrong so I would suggest staying away from here and just sticking with guitar center or a better music store

His shop is clean, well organized and he is very good at managing customer expectations with regards to schedule, cost and quality of work that can be done.
