I often receive many compliments from people asking where I got my printed items so I figured I'd write a review on Yelp to share the love even more. I've been here for over a dozen printing jobs and also had the chance to use Copy HQ as the main printing company for a large year-long nation-wide project for a Conference happening in Dallas and every single one of our items were flawless and perfect. Some of the items I've had made this year were T-Shirts (a lot of different designs), Program Booklets, Flyers, Banners, Step & Repeats, Stickers, Pamphlets, Postcards, etc. The cost here is very affordable and you really can't beat the prices, quality, and service especially since Ace goes above and beyond to have his clients happy. I've shopped around other places to find my exact printing jobs estimated to cost at least 5-7 times the amount that's offered at Copy HQ... whoa. Overall.. definitely would recommend this place-- and don't hesitate to call or email them since Copy HQ closes late sometimes and opens early to make sure to help all of their customers. On 5/26/26, USPS informed us that they had never received the routing information or the full postcard quantity necessary to process the mailing. As a result, our entire order was not mailed as contracted. We were charged for full-service EDDM, yet there was apparently no verification that USPS had received and processed the complete mailing. When we brought the issue to the company's attention and requested a refund for the services that were not performed, our request was denied. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. If you are considering an EDDM campaign, we suggest working with a provider that verifies USPS acceptance and mailing completion, or handling the USPS drop-off yourself so you can confirm that the full quantity has been received and processed. We spent thousands of dollars expecting 10,000 postcards to reach potential customers and were left with an incomplete mailing and no refund. Save your money and time and use a better company.

They have in person boxes or this really cool system called Virtual mail box. The lovely and knowledgeable woman working there explains it well. You get an email with a scan of your new mail and they'll open it or shred for you and scan it- so you don't even have to pick up mail. Awesome for people who travel- like me! And you can get packages there too. I'm sorry I wasted money on a pi box cuz I'm already getting complaints of people who don't want to send me stuff. I'll be getting one here in a month or so. It's a cute building too- it looks like a remodeled vintage gas station or maybe an oil change place. Find them in Euless on Main Street !
