They don't offer bundle discounts if you buy 20/25 boxes like uhaul, but fine I was already there. I was prepared to pay more money per box. Once I checked out I went to my car and checked uhaul prices, I was charged $4 for medium boxes, $39 for 10 medium boxes. At uhaul it's $39 for 20 boxes. I came back apologizing saying I'm sorry but with the price 2x as much I needed to return them. The owner was *angry* raising his voice saying there was no price difference arguing with me, as I had the site open ready to show him. He angrily waved me off saying fine and a woman began to refund me. She was huffing, rolling her eyes, acting irritated with me. She didn't refund me tax (they do everything manually), and when i pointed that out and asked to do at first she repeatedly refused...umm that's illegal. Finally she did, with a very unpleasant attitude. At the end I softly said, hey I hope you can understand where I'm coming from. You guys charge 2x as much as uhaul, and I should showed my phone to her. She aggressively raised her voice shutting me down waving me off. Well. Alright. I went to uhaul and bought 20 boxes for $39. Instead of 10 for $39. Most aggressive retail experience I've had. Just...feral. I work retail myself...I was kind, calm, respectful the entire time :-/.

Most recently, I waited in line 15 minutes at USPS to be told that bc package didn't have clear tape it couldn't be sent and no they don't have clear tape. So I headed around the corner to (walking distance!) mail & copy and literally just handed them the package. Done. The people here are kind and friendly and want to be helpful. They also sell cute merchandise among other useful items. They also do FedEx etc.... Just come here. Save time. And you avoid grumpy post office employees!

Anyone who knows me knows I love my car, so I had a short life for it. I knew I could shred at Staples, but the best advice I got there was to open the mail first and throw away anything without identifying info. I started that and quickly ran out of time. So, I looked online and found this place. I called, but they centralize their number listed online to a national call center. The young lady told me that they take walk in's from 8-2 M-F. One day about 1, I brought it in. It's in a suite in a building. It's right inside the door for the suite number, up a very short staircase. There is a buzzer on the door you hit, and wait. It requires patience. I heard a gang of folks talking inside, but the door popped open about 1min 30sec after I buzzed. Basically, you pay $40 base price (see my photos for price sheet). You fill out a form, sign the sheet, and you pay. There is a cash discount. I paid with card, and he called it in to process the payment. I received a receipt and off I went! He took the bag. If you want to see them shred it you have to make an appointment, and those are limited. I'm a Social Worker, so if they want to steal my info they won't get much. I appreciated this place. Could I save money taking it to Staples and shredding it myself? Sure. But the convenience was worth it.

I started using their services about a year after they opened when my husband was in Iraq. The team was great, they always helped me find the best way to ship him packages. I then started using their business services - whether it was copying, faxing, mailing or buying supplies the staff was also helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I have been in a lot recently - printing presentations, getting last minute business cards done for a conference and now mailing packages back overseas. Once again David and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me find the best solutions to my needs. On the business card order, another local company told me they couldn't help me at all - it would be days...David's team made sure I got my cards and made my flight...when they say customer service is their passion they mean it. I also just found out they do website design and logo design as well. I can't recommend them enough.
