He followed up enough to get our business. Not too much but just enough. We had gone to about 20 open houses and gave our info to a lot of agents before choosing whom to work with. Honestly, he was the only one who got back to us more than once with detailed info on listings we were interested in. Others just got back to us to sign up, not Devin, he didn't push to sign a contract until we were ready but stayed in touch. Others wanted contracts before doing anything or even knowing what we were serious about. I would recommend him very highly and I feel you won't be disappointed in his negotiation skills, follow up and work he puts into the client needs. Several months ago we started on a journey to purchase an investment property in Edmonton. We received a recommendation that Mogul Realty may be a good choice to help us.
