If I could give zero stars for Dr. Seela Ramesh in Kissimmee, I would. Office staff was pleasant…read moreand Nurse Practitioner, Bhumika Patel, was extremely nice, caring and helpful. On July 15, 2026, I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy in Kissimmee. The doctor did not come to see me after my procedure. When I had past colonoscopies with other doctors, they ALWAYS came to speak with me afterwards and sometimes before as well. This time I only saw a nurse. I had several questions since they weren't able to complete my colonoscopy and I didn't know why. The nurse couldn't tell me why or answer any of my other questions. She sent me home with copies she printed off from Medline Plus regarding my endoscopy results. Needless to say, I was anxious to speak with Dr. Ramesh at my follow-up appointment two weeks later. However, the doctor didn't even have the decency to meet with me then either! They scheduled my appointment with the nurse practitioner. She told me my colon had extra bends and twists in it (Tortuosity is the technical term) and that was the reason the test couldn't be completed. I had many questions as well as wanting explanations for something else I was told they found during my endoscopy. It was noted on the paperwork the surgery center sent me home with; however, the doctor didn't even have it in my records. There was absolutely no communication or patient interaction after my tests with this doctor. He couldn't care less about me. That leads me to believe that all he is interested in is doing procedures and collecting the money.

Took my dad here for a GI issue, I feel this office (1111Semoran Blvd. Location) lacks empathy for…read moreits patients, calling the billing office for a week, went to the office to resolve the billing issue only to be told that there was no one there and that they would call me. No one ever called or returned any of my 4 messages. Will be going back in person to resolve. However, I am not impressed by the PA's bedside manners. Colonoscopy was done by Dr. Ramesh and day of procedure never met with my dad to inform us that he would be doing the procedure and had the nurse talk to us after procedure to let us know of the findings. Overall, not a very pleasant experience. Please do your research when looking for a GI doctor or any doctor. Will be switching to someone else. If Dr. Ramesh reads this post, please look into improving patient care & patient experience, show that your patients health matters to you. Train your staff office etiquette on returning calls & problem solving and that these patients deserve to be treated with respect and excellent quality care, they are not just your money maker.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SUSAN LYNETTE SCIBLE, ARNP…read more I am not a patient/customer who gives out perfect scores easily but I truly believe Dr. Scibel not only deserves a perfect score, she also earned it. Here's why: 1) she is a master in her field 2) excellent bedside manner 3) very courteous 4) did not rush me 5) I got her undivided attention / she was in the moment which in turn makes me feel comfortable 6) sometimes, I did not know how to convey my feelings but she asked pertinent questions to draw out what I had difficulties expressing. she is a great listener and communicator 7) she is patient and kind 8) She is humble (hardly seen in the medical field) 9) Her staff is as diligent, knowledgeable and attentive to patience as she is. It takes a great leader to inspire a diverse team like hers 10) oh did I mention she was amazing and gorgeous? Oops, i just did :) Ps. I almost missed out on an amazing doctor because I found 1 online review for the office she works and unfortunately it was negative. View that in my line of business I deal with complaints 5 days a week, I can weed out a true break in service from an unreasonable patient/customer. I just wish people make as much effort into reporting great service as I do the bad ones. I am not being paid for this review, I felt compel to share my experience because it was wayyyyy above average.
