We checked in a little early as we had allowed time to make sure we knew where the office was located. Checked in at the window, courteous young woman there. My husband is notoriously hard to draw so he was feeling a little anxious but he was called back promptly, ahead of the appointed time, and was back out in less than 2 minutes. He commented that the phlebotomist knew exactly what she was doing and did it painlessly. Got signed up so we will get the results directly online. Overall a very good experience given that nobody wants to go have it done! :)

This is super shady because if I prepay more than I owe they will be making bank on me unless I spend hours on the phone getting a refund. Their billing practices need to be investigated by state and local authorities and the feds. Won't be coming to this fraud factory again. Also the phlebotomist hurt me then blamed me for it. Have never experienced the needle moving and hurting the whole time the blood was being drawn and I've had to get regular blood draws for almost 20 years.

So grateful for them all. There staff starting with all the PA's Are amazing. The ladies at the front desk are professional helpful and always very pleasant. You will not believe this they have someone to draw your blood in house ,they don't send you out to get your labs , I love this. They also have vaccines maybe not all but they have some there also a plus for me. I worked in the medical field so ,I know it's important to offer as much services to a patient as possible. I think if we are going to the Dr it's because usually we are not well or you just want to stay healthy . Anyways please check them out they do zoom appointments and in office . I had to get a Department of Transportation medical exam and drug test, and my company sent me to Real Occupational. They told me up front "our Doctor is real cool." They were right. I got in really quick, despite a waiting room full. Everyone was really friendly, with the slight exception of one of the ladies up front, but everyone has a bad day. There was even a glitch with my blood pressure, and they reassured me "don't worry, just come back and let's check again." I did and everything was fine (those two cups of coffee before I went in probably didn't help). Then Dr. Wall even explained why it was really common. No place is going to be perfect, but when you think of having to go to clinic of any kind, this is as good as it gets. Hopefully the previous reviewer will give them another chance. Cutting the process short due to business hours and failing to properly inform the donor is not acceptable when handling federally regulated tests. From the moment we walked in the owner Pomai treated us like family and was so kind! My spouse is a very very hard stick. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't able to get her veins at our appointment (no fault of her own). BUT because she knew how important the test and timing was and saw how difficult it was for my spouse to get around... She immediately called one of her other nurses and organized for a redraw the next day AT OUR HOUSE. Free of charge! Absolutely amazing service. She cared so much about getting the blood work done correctly and on time AND she had the empathy to not want to have my spouse come to their lab again the next day. The nurse (Kim) who came and did the draw at our house was lovely, communicative and got her vein first try! Just wow, amazing service. Please use ALOHA Express medical!
