Review for Wells Fargo - Teller JoAnn…read more I visited this Wells Fargo a couple of weeks ago to open a new account and update my direct deposit information. The banker who opened my account was excellent--professional, efficient, and very helpful. She explained that Social Security had changed its rules and that banks could no longer process direct deposit changes directly, so I would need to handle it myself through Social Security. After finishing the account setup, we went to the teller counter for a few other things, and that's when we met JoAnn. We mentioned how we had been trying to update my direct deposit without success. Without hesitation, JoAnn offered to try to help. She told us there were no guarantees because of the new Social Security procedures, but she would at least prepare the paperwork so we'd be ready for the office in Needles if needed. Two weeks later, we discovered that the direct deposit change had gone through. Thanks to JoAnn, we were spared a long trip to the Social Security office. She went above and beyond, and we are now her biggest supporters. This is the kind of customer service that builds loyalty. Wells Fargo is very lucky to have a gem like JoAnn on their team.

During that time one teller waited on only TWO customers before I got to her window. The teller told me "if you know anybody that wants to work, send them our way." This bank is terribly mismanaged!! I've been with Wells Fargo nearly 30 years and never seen then in this bad of shape for organization and services. Each teller customer seems to take so long because the teller seems to not be sure of what she is doing so it takes way longer for each customer transaction. Many in the line today were really upset and I mean REALLY upset. I wanted to write this review because of Stephanie's responsiveness and professional demeaner in a tight time frame. "Sure Okay" after 7 or 8 minutes I get the envelope and leave the drive thru, then I park at the store next to the bank to check my envelope. Instead of 15 $20 bills she gave me 3 $100 bills and there was already 5 cars in line and I sure as hell was not going to wait that long, these bank tellers really need to pay more fucking attention when a customer makes a request and is nice and polite about it.

Suing for acting in "Bad Faith" on the part of BBVA legal team is quickly becoming more optional. So far BBVA has effectively hijacked mom's savings. Just shameful business practices.
