Stephanie Romero at the Bullhead branch was able to provide me with the Deeds of Reconveyance and Mortgage Payoff Verifications the lender required. Stephanie got my refinancing back on track. I wanted to write this review because of Stephanie's responsiveness and professional demeaner in a tight time frame. I did dock you one star because these documents should have been provided when my loans were paid off back in 2020 and 2021.

October 28 2025…read more Yesterday was an interesting day. I had two documents that needed to be notarized. My first thought was to visit my regular bank, where I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I approached the teller and asked if they could assist me. She mentioned that the manager, who handles notary services, was at lunch and would return in about 45 minutes. She also offered to schedule an appointment for 3:00 p.m. I politely declined and decided to look elsewhere. Then I remembered that I also have an account with Arrowhead Credit Union. I wasn't sure if they offered notary services, but I decided to give it a try. As soon as I arrived, the security guard helped me sign in, and within five minutes, I was called in. The notary completed everything in less than 10 minutes -- fast, professional, and effortless! The difference in service was huge. Not only was the process quick and pleasant, but the notary service was also completely free for members. Even cashier's checks are half the price compared to my other bank. The atmosphere at Arrowhead Credit Union felt more relaxed, and the staff seemed genuinely happy -- which made the whole experience a breeze. Highly recommend Arrowhead Credit Union for their excellent customer service and efficiency!

The banker who opened my account was excellent--professional, efficient, and very helpful. She explained that Social Security had changed its rules and that banks could no longer process direct deposit changes directly, so I would need to handle it myself through Social Security. After finishing the account setup, we went to the teller counter for a few other things, and that's when we met JoAnn. We mentioned how we had been trying to update my direct deposit without success. Without hesitation, JoAnn offered to try to help. She told us there were no guarantees because of the new Social Security procedures, but she would at least prepare the paperwork so we'd be ready for the office in Needles if needed. Two weeks later, we discovered that the direct deposit change had gone through. Thanks to JoAnn, we were spared a long trip to the Social Security office. She went above and beyond, and we are now her biggest supporters. This is the kind of customer service that builds loyalty. Wells Fargo is very lucky to have a gem like JoAnn on their team.

Have been stalling our mother's estate now for four months and counting while other local banking institutions locally have disbursed funds in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Telling us we need to retain legal or paralegal services and probate court when it is not required with a living trust and a designated beneficiary is named. Suing for acting in "Bad Faith" on the part of BBVA legal team is quickly becoming more optional. So far BBVA has effectively hijacked mom's savings. Just shameful business practices.
