Checkout was great with Heather. My only concern is Antoine. Heather ran into difficulty, keep in mind she has been there ONLY 1 month. She asked for help. He was tge most rude and obnoxious person . I was embarrassed for her. I have been in customer service for a long time and he treated a Co worker like a piece of garbage. Had it not been for her other 2 co workers, a lovely lady and a younger tall chap, I probably would have walked out. Never berate your staff in front of customers. She managed to correct the issue, however what is disconcerting is that if she ran into trouble again, the other two told her just to reach out them, that Antoine was in one of his moods. That is not okay. Please do something about his manner. When I had my own stores, employees tgat spoke their co workers like that would have been out the door. He needs to be restrained in customer service. When I have to purchase again which I will, if he is the only one there, I will come in a different day. To my surprise, they had my Kenmore machine in the back with a broken control panel. Since my control panel was good, I asked them how much it would be for the machine if I brought them my good control panel and had them install in their broken machine. The gentleman told me "A hundred, or hundred and fifty, I'll have to talk to the boss." After multiple trips, I was told the same answer, $100-$150. I told him I didn't need it right away and asked if it could be done in 2 weeks. He told me it wouldn't take that long at all. In his words, "A few days." 2 weeks later, I call on the status, and he hasn't even put the control board in yet, no longer tested it. 5 days after that, I drive down, and he STILL hasn't done it. He puts the control board in while I shop around the Herkimer area, and I come back to see the result. He tells me the machine is leaking (it wasn't), the bearing is making noises (I listened during final spin, it was fine) and that a code popped up. I literally watched the machine run like a champ, no leaks, no noises, no codes. I said I wanted it anyway and would take my chances. I went to pay, and he says "I have to talk to the boss." WHAT?! We made this deal almost 3 weeks ago! I wasn't even allowed to buy it after all that! I left empty-handed, told by the man in the shop that the boss was "At the casino." Spectacular. The next day I came back, and "The Boss" finally called back. He told me that he couldn't take any less than $200! I did not agree to that! I took my control panel back, and walked away. Yes, I really wanted that machine. I loved my style front loader and I desperately tried to get it back, and they took advantage of my patience and eagerness to get it. That is not how you keep customers. Beware this company. "The Boss" is NEVER in. Their shop is a junkyard of terror. They have hundreds of appliances that they either fix if they are easy repairs or scrap for metal if not. They could have kept their word and made a few bucks off of a broken machine they probably bought for $25 and spent 1/2 an hour repairing, but they didn't. I would have been fine with the price of $150, but as soon as they saw it was working well, they jacked up the price and didn't keep their word. Shame on you, Central "George" Appliance.

Great experiences with ABC Chem Dry. We have white dining room chairs and drink a lot of red…read morewine... you do the math. We are repeat customers and ABC Chem Dry never disappoints. They have managed to get the most difficult stains out of our furniture. We have also had a sheepskin rug cleaned, now looking fresh and brand new. Chem Dry tackled an over-sized, colorful down-filled sofa that needed to be disassembled, transported to their facility and then transported back. Wonderful service. I can guarantee we'll be back.

Owner and helper were here less than an hr. about 45 minutes. I paid them and gave a tip. now I see with my black light there is no difference- the urine stains are still there and the carpet actually di not smell fresh as it used to in the past for their magic PERT cleaner. I will probably not be calling them again ever. the two guys who did a great job he must have fired. look for a new company if you think you're getting the same high quality ABC ChemDry because you're not!

After a few years my mattress began sagging. They sent a rep to our house and decided it fell within the 10 year warranty. We got the mattress replaced (not pro rated) with no questions or problems.
