I have all emails and text messages showing we had to find every single home on our own she did nothing!! But show up and late mostly might I add then stayed on her phone until we had questions then she acted interested. We show up to get our earnest money check in her office on 08/27/2017 for her to hold our check hostage until we heard her out. When I refused to hear her out because I was done with working with her, she called me AN ENTITLED LITTLE BRAT! How dare he hold me and my husband's money demanding we let her speak we only wanted the check and to leave but yet I'm the entitled one. I would never recommend using Coldwell Banker King Thompson to ANYONE!!! And will continue telling everyone who is using Coldwell about the horrible experience I had! She failed to provide the necessary documents to protect my interests as the buyer, and favored the sellers interests in all areas of the contract. She did not disclose to us that the the sellers agent was a relative. She gave away the hot tub that was built into the deck, and then lied and said she had not conversation with the sellers agent about it being removed. Then, in emails we found the proof that she did tell the sellers agent they could remove it. of consideration from this realtor cost us thousands of dollars. I wouldn't ever want another family to go through what we went through having Donna represent us.
