I am very self conscience of the broken capillaries on the side of my nose and the redness in my face and I learned I have rosacea. I had BBL and while mildly uncomfortable I cried tears of happiness at the results - the ugly dark veins are almost gone! I can see why everyone talks about how adorable and trendy this place is - such a cute interior packed with pink, fluffy couches, and bright decor! I found the woman at the front desk to be super friendly and helpful. She welcomed me, gave me a run down, snapped some photos, and gave me overall positive vibes. The gal who took me back for the injections though, kind of the opposite, as she didn't seem all that jazzed to be there. For a first timer (me), I'd hoped for a little more welcome, excitement, and assurance from the person putting needles in my face I guess. It was a quick session, only 10 minutes or so, and very limited pain. It was made clear that I wouldn't see any differences for at least 1-2 weeks. That was indeed correct. By day 8/9 I started to see some smoothing out of the lines (yay). By 2.5/3 weeks however, I starting having negative results: extreme upper eye puffiness and swollen/hooded eyelids. Since then, I've had to wake up every morning and try to massage my face to such a degree in attempt to get rid of the lymphatic fluid that's clearly stuck there as a side effect. Shout out to my gua sha for all the help! In doing some research, this exact scenario has been a negative botox side effect for plenty of others, which just confirmed to me that this should not be happening. It's taken so much effort every single day to try to elevate this puffiness, and I've been super bummed about it to say the least. And yes it's been noticeable to those close to me that know my eyes aren't normally hooded/puffy. I did reach out to the business, and their response was very kind- they made a clear effort to support me and make it right! However, more botox to fix my issue just wasn't going to be a yes from me after being slightly traumatized, and in general I'd rather let time pass (this side effect fade), and not look back. Sharing my experience not at all to spread negativity about the business, but instead to share the friendly reminder to do your research, follow your gut, and know that there are of course risks when having any kind of cosmetic work done. Sweet Tox seems beloved by many, which is wonderful as it's a local business, but personally that was a first & last for me.

Sadly however they do not seem to know their craft particularly well and overcharge by a mile for Botox. I had Botox done in Colorado for years with excellent results every time, and visited here after good reviews from others. I understand getting the dosage right for new clients can take a visit or two (even those like myself with explicit knowledge of how many syringes etc I generally had injected) but I've spent about 1500 here with maybe 30% results at best for about double the price per syringe, heavy brows after visits (which I had to use the rest of my package purchase and additional pay to have corrected) etc. I'm out way more cash than I generally needed to spend for nothing, and when I tried to politely explain that I wasn't really seeing any results similar to my Botox in Colorado I was told I'm a "candidate for a forehead lift" and "it's the best we can do" despite my previous excellent experiences less than a year prior which I was hoping to keep up. Again the people are very nice, but I wouldn't ever recommend this place and moreover, would actively tell anyone to avoid.

I was told it would help reduce the appearance and lift the under arm The consultant went as far as pushing up on the excess and saying that it would achieve that much difference. The results were devastating my arms went from 14 inches to 17 inches as the fat was decreased which made the skin that much saggier ...I went in to talk with the director and her comment waa that it didn't look that bad I was furious $ 2800.00 gone and horrible results.. When one of the techs was doing the procedure she made a comment...this really isn't for underarms..it's not going to tighten the skin...this was at my last procedure ...I was in shock!!!! Now six years later I had to have brachioplasty and two and a half pounds of skin and fat were removed I have not gained or lost any large amount of weight I've stayed the same throughout the years That facility should be demolished !!!!
