She was flexible with times, dates and locations. She made some excellent recommendations for sites and times to give the best lighting. She also recommended clothing combinations that allow for great shots. She promised 20 minutes for her session and allowed for a quick clothing change in her contract. In person, she actually gave a bit more time and allowed me to change my toddler midway through for a completely different look. The best part about it was her personality. I have a little boy who on a drop of a dime could go from Dr Jekyll and turn into Mr Hyde and back again before you could blink an eye. She not only managed to Keep the calm Dr Jekyll around through the whole session but got him to genuinely smile. I can't wait to have her do our holiday photos. The whole process was seamless. Michael was great to work with when it came to scheduling and confirming everything, and the building was easy to find. I took his advice and had the Uber go to the building across the street and it worked like a charm. Dapheney and Philipp were so wonderful when it came to hair and makeup. I felt gorgeous and just told them to do their thing based on what they thought would look best. (And as a bonus, I got to look hot when seeing a Broadway show that night.) I felt like an old Hollywood screen siren. Raya was professional and INCREDIBLE. I used some of her costumes and she helped me feel way more comfortable than I ever thought I could in my skin. She knew the right lighting and angles to bring out my best features, and did I mention it was so FUN? I didn't know I could pose like that. I was able to see all the photos within a day and was blown away by her skill. My boyfriend was so impressed too and had a hard time choosing his favorites because there were so many good ones. We have no extensive experience at all taking any pictures from a professional photographer. Nick just did our engagement shoot and I just have to say that WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!! The pictures exceeded our expectations and we are so happy! First of all, I have to mention the photographer (the lady) was very professional and sweet. She was so welcoming that it made me very comfortable to take my photos with her. We actually took a couple and she had me check which ones I liked the most. She was so patient, allowing me to take multiple shots until I was satisfied. She also had an option of enhancing the photo (which I quickly agreed). The volume of my hair was so dead the day of and she actually was able to fix up my hair by making it seem like it had more volume and my jawline slimmer.
