I had waited for 10-15 mins thinking they'll be out in a minute with the food but no they never showed. So I went into the branch, when I told them I was still waiting they were very apologetic and gave me free ice cream and another item - some bread item. The girl even helped carry the items to my car even though I said it was ok. If only all KFC staff were like this girl. Apart from this one off time no major problems from this location.
