Somehow with 10+ employees on the clock they somehow cant manage to deal with more than 5 people. Waited for over 45 minutes for one THC cart. Demoralizing whenever a medical patient comes in because they get served first which is fine but geez man. Usually have some loud music blasting. The acoustics are so terrible your voice echos off every wall and it's usually hot in there too. Employees will openly sit and openly converse in a dead silent waiting room. Overpriced flower that isnt even that good. Maximum of 2 clerks are even working on orders at any given time. If you make an order be prepared to wait outside like a crackhead because the lobby will be filled with people in every chair. They also close about 40 minutes early and stop taking orders around that time as well. Their card reader frequently breaks down all the time. They say they have to charge you extra for the card which is ridiculous. You'll get a 40$ item and they will charge you 3.50 for the charge and they will "round it up to 50$" being "nice" when in reality they do this to incentivize you to leave a tip and then they become extremely frustrated when you don't. I have literally never used yelp because of how inconvenient it is to use but this place really takes the cake as I have downloaded the app, written the review, and only 5 out of the 13 people have been seen. This dispensary is an overpriced joke and laughably mismanaged.

The selection of digital mods was slim pickings. The few they did have were over priced when compared to online prices, but that's to be expected with brick and mortar stores. I'd give more stars if they had better selection and cheaper options for beginners or frugal spenders. Store employees seem knowledgeable but not overly friendly. They're not rude, just very quiet.
