Right now, we are hoping to demolish the property and rebuild eventually. I contacted Selsor Demolition via email and they responded very promptly. Patrick reached out to me almost immediately so we can discuss the property and situation. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. Since I currently live in Los Angeles, I was not able to be present for the property evaluation but we kept in touch throughout and Patrick was able to meet with my mother onsite. I received a quote shortly thereafter as promised. I truly appreciate the customer service I received from Patrick and company. They are outstanding and without a doubt, I absolutely recommend them. Before 12 I text them to ensure they would for sure be there at the time they said they would be. By 1:30 they had not shown when I tried to call and text no one answered. By 2 they finally text and asked if it would be okay to change the time between 3-4. I let them know this was okay as long as they would for sure be there as my grandparents are elderly and fragile. Right before 4 they text and stated they would be unable to make it out. So not only did they cancel once but twice within one day! I understand things happen but believe it was truly unprofessional to cancel twice in 1 day.

We were looking to have 2-3 residential lots and one commercial lot cleared. We live 30 minutes away from the place we were going to meet him. Not only did he NOT show and NOT call to explain but his office number repeatedly went to voicemail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand if people forget or have things come up, but I have called his number multiple times in the last hour (even though they claim they are "open until 8pm") with no response. Definitely would never recommend this company!
