Loved that my initial contact with the company was very professional, and I was sold on using their service because the process was explained in detail. Also, the final report was written in layman's terms which made understanding it less complicated and all of the board member's at the church was able to give input because they understood the process. I hope that I never have to make a recommendation of a mold hygienist because a mold service provider is needed.
