I had an emergency as there was a huge amounts of wasps in a bedroom. I phoned several numbers, before reaching Stephen, to be told anything from 48 hours to 14 days. I was quoted on average £175 plus vat with other sources. Steven arrived within 3 hours and the cost was a flat £59. Aside from that, he was incredibly helpful, professional, genuine and efficient. He dealt with a very problematic wasps nest outside and the issue inside which had become distressing. The assurance that he would return if need be and even trusting me to pay after he had left via bank transfer means that this true gentleman is being added to my contacts, just in case.
