I called Linda on 2/13 and 2/16 with no response. I texted her on 2/16, no response. I did a YELP review on 2/19 with a 1-star rating stating that she never responds to my calls or text. She messaged me right away; I assumed she was concerned about the 1-star rating. She called me several times and texted me saying how sorry she was. I did call her back to kindly let her know I already found another CPA. She convinced me to drop my CPA and went with her instead just to string me along for over 2 weeks with no intention of working on my taxes. She also made accusations about how I switched CPA every year which I have been with the same CPA for over 20 years. She would ask for sensitive documents; I would upload them to the portal within hours. Then I do not hear from her for days. She would text me again days later saying she has questions and would like to schedule a phone/zoom/google meeting. Then I would respond saying I can talk and asked for a time that will work for her. Saturday was one of the options she gave me so I asked if 1pm works for her, she then accuses me of not being reciprocal and weekends are her rest and family time. I will be filing a complaint to the State Board of Accountancy. She is very unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. read more

Unfortunately, this company hasn't met my expectations. Last year, the communication provided along with service was wonderful. This year, I haven't received a response from the accountant for 4 weeks. I sent in my information at the beginning of February and touched base weekly without a response. I've emailed, texted, called and left messages and crickets. The lack of response and poor customer service is unfortunate. Additionally, last year I was charged $1000 for their service and found a new company this year because of the poor customer service and they are charging me $275. Sorry, Long over-due review! I must say I dreaded this tax season because I knew I was going to owe alot. I started looking up many tax advisors and came across someone else first. Lol I prayed about it hoping that I wouldn't owe that much and I would be working with a great advisor. The other advisor was charging an arm and a leg -- which lead me to Linda. Let me tell you.. She is absolutely amazing to work with! plus she was able to save me SOOOO much money . I ended up owing way less than I ever expected. She answered all my questions and was motivated to help me save. She goes above and beyond to help ! Not like other advisors that have the " this is what you owe, pay it" mentality. I used them for their excellent reviews. They began friendly, and knowledgeable with many promises of tax savings and completed the taxes in a somewhat timely manner. However, the end result was filled with lots of misspellings of important information. These errors cost me a lot of time and headaches when I was completing a refinancing upon which these documents were critical! Addresses were inputted in error which raised alarms with the institutions. Mind that I was partially at fault for not checking them over carefully but these were serious and obvious errors. read more

If all your CPA does is your taxes, you're probably losing money. This is so true especially for business owners.
