Told the receptionist I had called and someone was supposed to have called me back. I heard a gasp from behind me and a worker goes dashing off into another room. A few minutes later she comes out smiling and invites back to an office. Turns out she had never even given the agent my message I was looking for insurance. The lady agent then starts to go over what I need. Kept repeating 'Oh dear, I haven't done this in so long, I'm not sure what to do. I pretty much had to tell her the questions to ask because she sure didn't know. She told me she would get right on it and get me some quotes. 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Got insurance instead straight from CIGNA. Looks like a pretty good plan, but no thanks to Blue Ridge Insurance.
