We have been working with Abigail and cat and Gladys for about 3 years now.well we had a appointment the other day and she told my husband to not talk to me about something witch is not professional at all when we are working on a case TOGETHER.out of respect I ask if the appointments can be in English so I can understand too but nope.and when I get mad at my husband for not having respect to me and atleast if they ask me to be there to do the appointment in English .I know I may be nuts but I wanted to understand everything cause my husband was always working I was the one mostly doing the case.so I needed the info too...and this appointment was to sighn the affidavit for the 10 year ban and I had given her 2000 dollars a couple months before out of my taxes and 1500 of that was to pay the 10 year ban fee and application.well after all this .instead of doing our appointment in English she canceled our case...so now I'm trying to get the paperwork we pay her for do and I'm not sure if they going to be professional enough to hand things over but we will see.as well as the money we paid let's see how much she returns...so now just cause I wanted to be involved in my husbands marriage visa case .she cancel it and now we need to wait to next tax season just to have enough money to hire another attorney.so consider a different attorney we had her for 3years there was times she didn't even contact us for up to 6 months I mean ..I did give her the 2000 dollars 3 or 4 months ago because she said the affidavit was ready to be sent and she was just waiting for the money so she can send it in and she didn't even start that .long after I gave her the money and all paper work was done.we was paying her 300 dollars a month as her fee is 300 dollars an hour anyhow.but the thing I felt is she is prolonging it as to get paid more to be honest .I hope you well with her if you do hire her...really it's just for a family especially with kids that don't want to loose the father in my case I'm upset that all this happened in this way it should have never happened .a marriage is based on two people and in immagration case you guys need to know everything of each other and not be in a situation where someone is telling one don't talk to your spouse about this or that .that's not good in a immagration case unfortunately.well I wish you all luck on getting your lives situaded and getting your papers good luck everyone. UPDATE:..she has giving us 1200 so she did take 800 for nothing that's ok but do not hire her please save your self from this she has done nothing with this case at all .I just got a email from national visa center.it says we had to file a visa petition may 29 of 2019 and we had one year to do so ..so now June 2020 I get this email saying NO PETITION was filed in the whole year we have had her for almost 4 years now and she screws up bad.cause she never filed everything we have done and payed for all these years got cancelled everything so he will be getting deportation order soon and it is this attorneys fault for take our money and no file anything.please please find a better attorney than this she literally robbed us .and with her taking all our money we don't even have enough to start everything over.let alone the time to do so since everything just get cancelled for her not filling the paperwork that needed to be filed.and yes I will be reporting her as well cause this is way too much for her to get away with she fucked our family big time and took us about 8 thousand dollars for her to fuck us too so please I'm begging you save your family from this heart ache and get a attorney that will actually help you and your family.thank you.ps she sent me some of my paperwork but she send me another family's paperwork so I now have their whole story she is a really piece of work really.im glad it's not my life story she send out .but what a mess send me someone else's confidential file WOW. Edit:a week later.she never took my bank card off so I'd have to still pay her.so that is a fight all in itself to get her to take it off she hung up on me 4 times....she then tells me that she called the police and report me ...and if I don't return the paper work she sent to me in the mail I'll go to jail Jaja yeah.i asked her if she was going to pay my gas to drive 2 towns over to hand her these papers...and my trip permit is expired so she sends me someone elses declaration and want me to go to jail for that.i think she should have her lisence removed and I will be reporting her to the bar association as well cause she is playing God here she thinks she can play with us because are illegal family .but that's not true fyi you have rights here in USA don't let a attorney do these things to you please save yourself the heartache and money and go to a different attorney save yourself and your family read more
