I have bought and sold homes several times in several different states, and this was by far the…read moremost disappointing and frustrating experience to date. We met Bill Davis through a mutual friend, and he was amazing. I hate leaving this review on his account, but the agent we had does not have her own and is part of Bill's team. Bill recommended and we originally went with Daisy Olaguez, because we were told she had experience in the area and selling homes like ours. I don't know if it was just because  our home was not going to bring a whole lot of money or what the issue was, but communication was seriously lacking throughout the entire process. Daisy showed little to no interest in being proactive or even active in showing and selling our home. We would ask questions and it would be days with little to no response. When she did follow up most of the time she had no idea what was going on. I don't know if I have just been spoiled with agents thus far, but we would go weeks with no communication until we reached out to see how things were going. In the end when we were supposed to sign closing documents, and we kept asking questions about appointments, days, times, etc. Closing was scheduled for a Friday, or so we were told, and at 4pm on the Thursday before she still had no clue as to what was going on. We called ourselves Friday morning and Fidelity had no file for us...on the day we were supposed to sign. We scheduled the appointment ourselves, as well as an out of state notary and let her know. Her response? "Lol. Thanks.". Unprofessional, uninterested, and disengaged. Find a different agent. I'm sure Berkshire Hathaway has others that will make time for you, but Daisy Olaguez is not a good choice.

(Of course just because an agent gives a value doesn't guarsntee that is what it's going to sell for, and we understand that, but I'll get more into this shortly) At first it was going well, but as offers started coming in, our agent seemed to be more and more no longer working for/with us, and instead in her own interest. All offers that came in were much lower than our expected price. We accepted a few that fell out of contract, but even those would have resulted in a loss for us. Eventually our agent was pressuring us to accept offers that would have resulted in an even greater loss, which was something we just weren't willing to do. It's not the agents fault it seemed value seemed to have been well under where she originally anticipated, but eventually she threw up her hands and told us our only other option was to just demolish the property. I do not find pressuring your client to lose money and telling them to just demolish it a response you give when you are trying everything they can to sell a home. She also all of a sudden became fairly aggressive in her communications with us expecting quick responses after business hours and chastising us for not doing so. She was clearly over the property and it would have been much more professional to politely bow out rather than how she approached it. It was very unpleasant and required us to cancel our listing agreement to figure out another game plan, which more likely than not will mean finding another agent
