Hail is the only oddities store I know of in the Metro Nashville area (if you know another, let me…read moreknow). And there is a lot of odd stuff in here. A mixture of occult, medical equipment and goth types of goods, with a touch of taxidermy. The star of the show, to me, is the taxidermy room. Not something I would purchase, but fun to look at. The first time I came, there was a racoon they called rocket that looked like he was flipping people off with both hands (Guardians of the Galaxy?). This time, we opted to go into the museum as a two-4-one ($5/person normally) - a benefit of conversing with people? Back here are some items that they can't sell due to regulations, as well as some oddities they would not want to part with. There is also a collection from Jason Marsden, including his death mask and a few items from the movie Mars Attacks. I find myself drawn to this store each time I am over here. While some of the collection is fairly static, there is always something new and weird to find.

But just because a local agency doesn't get my kid a job doesn't mean they aren't trying. My teenager has been in two photography ads booked by this company (although one was only $375 but the other paid her $1300). There are months that we don't hear from this agency but they told us that they will call only when they have a job. I guess that makes sense. I do wish they would send more communication but honestly they work for a commission, so if they book my daughters, they don't make money. So I know they are trying. I do send an email once every couple months to update them on my two girls' growth. I do like the owner is involved in fundraising too.
