And what's worse is, in the past we have always gotten good service. What a disappointment all around. Edited to add that one--and only one--employee seemed legitimately sympathetic to our situation and helped us find something for our troubles.

There were lots of items to look at. Tons of beautiful mirrors, glassware, paintings, knickknacks and more. Gotta come check it out for yourself! The prices are pretty reasonable.
