EVERYTHING WAS a 10! The store style struck me as a mash up of southern- country charm, with a little bit of vintage twist. I loved how they organized the store by size and clothing type (shirts, bottoms, activewear...). Their shoe collection was so tempting too! As I waited for them to go through my clothes, I IMMEDIATELY GOT TO SHOPPING! Lol To my surprise, they took over 75% of the clothes I brought in!! Well, as it turns out, the post COVID buying spree has turned supply chains upside down, coupled with people buying as much stuff as they can get their hands on, and you end up with delays. We quickly found the style of outdoor furniture, but the color we wanted was out-of-stock and were told up front that there would be an 8-12 week wait relating to the supply chain issues. Having a new house built, I didn't want anything else. We paid a deposit and were called back at about 5 weeks later letting me know that the chairs had arrived and were assembled, ready to pick up. Nice. To be fair, we drove all around the southeast looking for the "right chair" for our porch, and we always found something similar, but didn't sit right, or felt cheap. The brands that Crooked Creek had spanned most budgets, but I wanted the best. It also helps that our money is being spent locally, with what appears to be a family-owned business with various family members working at this location. A few other businesses could take a lesson from our experience. Simple, direct communication works wonders when spending a chunk of change for a comparable item that can be found online for much less. I feel like if we had any issue with these chairs, Crooked Creek would stand by their sale. We will definitely be back soon to order more for the other porch.

We've…read morepurchased several custom shirts over the past four years and were so pleased with our experience that we purchased gift cards for custom shirts for all the men in our lives for Christmas one year. That's where anything positive about our experience and their customer service halted. We had three gift receivers go in on June 30, 2024 to be fitted. It's now January 27, 2025 and they still haven't received their shirts. I have called dozens of times and visited the store on several occasions to be met with no resolution. When I finally got Brian on the phone at the store in early January 2025 (by some stroke of luck he answered), he said there was a shipping issue and that the shirts were stuck with customs and a new batch was being made. I briefly felt we were getting somewhere and yet a month later, still no shirts. No refund. Nothing. One of the many trips I made to the store I ran into another customer who had ordered a custom suit who was in the same boat. I will keep calling and visiting in hopes of something but am not optimistic. If you do shop their leisure section, we've appreciated the quality and brands they offer but I would steer clear of anything custom.
