My favorite place to go when I visit this part of the shore! They have their regular store, and a few stores down is their clearance and off season stuff that I enjoy rummaging through. Fabrics are sturdy and I've owned some pieces for several years that still look amazing! The ladies here are always helpful and will spend the time with your for fitting, customers service issues, or just helping with a particular style and finding sizes. Also I would check out their IG page which posts pretty regularly on the newest items that come in and are modeled straight away. Parking is a real bummer, especially on a weekend. Residents get the majority of the spaces, making it hard to find the metered parking spots. Heads up for those who need handicapped parking- they park for free next to the metered spaces. While some of their clothes are cute and it's a cute boutique experience when down the shore, I had a very odd encounter with one of the employees. Apparently their policy is when you pick up a "boardwalk sale" item and request to try it on, you're directed to try it on outside in front of people walking or sitting outside (which include men). I was extremely uncomfortable with being told to change in front of complete strangers outside of the store. This seems to be very odd and I'm not sure that's sanitary nor is it moral. I ended up putting all of the items back and leaving. I am absolutely mind blown that that's how they conduct business. Imagine your young daughter shopping here and told to try stuff on outside the store because it's a "boardwalk sale" item when there are clearly fitting rooms inside. WILD. Staff can be very rude and unaccommodating. Twice have tried to use our credit slip and they would not allow it. We live down the street and would buy things more often, but find it very difficult to shop there with the high prices and then they don't accept your credit slip read more

They robbed me!!! I got two items from the 50% rack each item was $34 and $37 that's with the discount sooooo that's $71 total plus My mom grabbed this scarf it said $20 only, right. Total comes to $91 plus tax not over than $100 right So tell me how I payed $60 in card and rest in cash. The rest in cash the young lady said $79.79 my mom was like wtf I really didn't put mind to it I just wanted to put it on bc I was cold so I gave her $80 more. The customer service at this establishment is a complete joke. A bathing suit top I only wore once broke and when I visited the store I was told there was absolutely nothing to be done due to it being a "final sale." Having a no return policy for swim wear is understandable, but when the bathing suit breaks that is not a return. That is called poor quality of the bathing suit which at any other reputable store results in store credit or an exchange. Instead, you are being told "Sorry that it was a defective top, but there's absolutely nothing we can do about it." Simply don't buy a bathing suit from this place because they clearly have this rule in place for these type of situations. Such a scam. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is my first ever negative review but the way I was treated when trying to give this store business is outrageous. Do NOT order online. They sent me a confirmation and charged me for clothes they say they never had, charged me and then sent items I paid for to a different shipping address. When I called to rectify, as other reviews stated, the person I spoke to was downright rude, unapologetic and said they were always sold out of items. Poor quality clothes at high prices. The worst employees as well. I bought a $52 tank top. Wore it the next day for an hour and it started to pill. It was a mess. I brought it back that afternoon and asked for a refund. The salesgirl went to ask the manager what to do. The manager was only 10 feet away from me. Instead of talking to me she just sent the salesgirl back over to me with a new tank. I said I don't want that shirt. I want a refund. She went back to the manager who reluctantly came over and then was very snotty. She said. " We don't take back washed or worn clothes". I said I wore it for an hour and it started to pill. She refused to refund me but give me store credit. Not happy with this at all. Not the kind of customer service that earns customers. On my last visit there in April, I noticed the political posters, with offensive wording, hanging at the register and put the items I was planning on purchasing back on the rack. Would be 5 stars if they would open their dressing rooms- very cute clothes for my daughters. They dressing rooms were at first closed for COVID (reasonable) and now they are closed for "inventory storage" We will not be shopping there again until they allow people to try on clothes. We do not live close enough to bring them home and back if they don't fit. My daughter had to buy the clothes and try them on in the car- ridiculous! The workers said it is the owners decision. Recently, bought a flip flop on last Sunday. On flowing Tuesday went back to return it. Staff said that it was final sale! final sale! but no one said anything about that! I responded. Very cute cloths, pricing is very reasonable and the place stays open late when it's busy. As there was a concert on the evening we went they were open at 10pm and people were still coming in and out. The staff isn't exactly overly friendly nor are they falling over themselves to help out. But in all fairness they seem to be putting all the cloths away that people are leaving all over the place. When I go to these little shops I don't necessarily expect 5 start service, a smile and maybe at least 1 "is there anything I can help you with?". For the most part I expect to wander around and then move on without much banter. There is something for everyone here. From casual sweats to hot going out pieces. The service on the other hand was horrible. I walked in and felt as if I didn't belong. Mind you i'm a 25 year old girl, this store was made for me. I received a very short welcome and nobody asked me if I needed help. We Went to the location at Saint Armand Circle in Sarasota FL on January 7. There were things that were not available for sale yet as it was new inventory but she said they were open until 6 o'clock. I've been shopping at this store for approximately 10 years and with each passing year, the customer service has become almost non-existent. Need a fitting room? You'll get one when one of the sales people have finally ceased gossiping with her coworker. Need a different size? Forget them checking to see if they have it because they will tell you they don't. They can't even muster up a "hello" when you enter the store; that's basic customer service 101. This review is for a couple of reasons. 1. They have cute clothes but 2. & most important, customer service! I bought a sunscreen here & the pump started malfunctioning. Amy, the manager, trusted me and gave me a new one. Because of this, I came back and bought a bunch more stuff. Also, the malfunctioning sunscreen pump started working ok after beating it up so I went back and repaid for the broken one. She understands customer service and how to treat people. Great store with a boho beach style that totally matches my roommate and my taste in clothing. However customer service is awful, I felt definitely unwelcome if my toddler wasn't totally sitting still making no noise. And the same crappy customer service still occurred when we came back yesterday, after spending around $200 each in the store on Sunday. We loved the store itself and we definitely found items we adore. However the poor customer service definitely made me more inclined to rush through the racks and just grab items that stood out as opposed to potentially making a larger purchase. For instance I had an employee stand in the way of being able to look at the rack, because she was more concerned with taking inventory. I probably waited a good 3-4 minutes with her acknowledging my presence but neither saying how long she would be, or moving to allow me to look at the rack. Definitely a very good way to make a customer feel unwelcome. We will return for the products and selection, but will probably rush through again to avoid the poor attitudes. read more

This place is awesome. Everytime I come to Long Branch I visit Molly and Zoey. The prices are pretty reasonable and they have such unique cute clothing. Just this weekend I purchased three shirts and a scarf, and it's an off season. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because sometimes the lines to try on clothing is a bit slow. They have three dressing rooms and still somehow there is always a wait. You almost feel judged as soon as you walk through the doors. The service is terrible.
