I'm assuming this place sells, well, Home Goods. This shelves and displays seem a bit more organized than its sister, BUT since the two are connected under one roof, the checkout lines are horrendously long. read more

This location is horrible. Have been here multiple times and have not yet had one good customer service experience. It seems like every single employee needs an attitude adjustment. Almost every person I asked for help was incredibly rude. Also, just a suggestion, please move your perfume away from the checkout counters. It was extremely awkward trying to shop for a nice fragrance when every person behind the counter was telling me not to spray anything. It's just strange that I have to cut the line just to browse for perfumes. Management, please move them to one section to avoid this issue. Thank you. read more

Love homegood and this location is homegoods and marshals in one. It's truly a win-win! There's separate doors for both stores but when you inside the stores connect and there one cashier area that serves both stores. This homegood location has nice decor items for the house and yard. I came here as a stop after the jersey shore visit because it was on the way home. I regret my husband didn't drive the pickup truck! I would have done some serious credit card damage. While I couldn't purchase the bigger items because of cargo space, I did got some smaller items. After checking out homegood, I walked over to marshals area and shopped for summer dresses and got some real bargain. I do noticed that even though the place was busy and there was a long cashier line, the line moved very quickly. Most, if not all, cashier registers were opened. One of the larger locations in this area, and they have nicer, higher end items, but... EVERY time I go in, I receive poor service from the cashiers! Either they are talking amongst themselves and ignoring the customers, or they are rude, or they are simply unprofessional in demeanor, etc..This really makes my shopping experience much less enjoyable. Last time I was there, several of the associates were discussing how much they hated dealing with customers! This is puzzling, as this high-volume location must have an experienced manager, but where is he or she? And where is the customer service training? This place can be great to find those Home-goods closeouts.. but it is really a hit or miss. I went in there the other day for a salt shaker and didn't find a large assortment... not crazy about my selection, I chose one and reluctantly went to pay the 3.99 for it.. Look its homegoods. Who doesnt love homegoods but the people who work here are the absolute worst. I dare you to-1st find an employee, 2nd ask them for help. Went here last night and put a tv stand on pay hold. For those who don't know what that is, it's when you pay for your item and they hold it till you can pick it up within two days. When I arrived tonight with a pick up truck to get my item, they couldn't find it anywhere in the store. Three employees where circling the store then asking me where I saw the stand. Come to find out, they sold the item to someone else! Instead of putting a sold ticket on it, they just left it for someone to take after I had paid $430 for it. They showed no remorse that they made a mistake at all. The worker Pia was saying how this rarely happens there but the fact that the item was not removed from the floor for me to pick up today, that her and I had discussed, is very unprofessional. They offered me only a 10% discount for next time I come in as an apology. Completely disgusted with the customer service and how they do things there. They cared more last night about leaving the store on time then a customer making a big purchase and making sure things were don't properly. read more

This is by far the worst establishment I have ever visited. I encountered two employees that gave me so much attitude - one such woman was named Brianne (sp?). Their website said they closed at 10 pm. We went to homegoods at 9:30 pm. We walked in at 9:35 pm, and the doors were wide open. One of the employees on the Marshalls side gave my husband attitude. He came over to the Homegoods side and said the Marshalls side was closed. I hear from two aisles away an employee shout out that this side is closing as well. The amount of attitude from her voice was quite notable and jarring. I calmly asked why it said 10 pm online. In her continued attitude, she said she didn't know but these were holiday hours. At this point I'm becoming increasingly irate because of the way she has told me and my husband about the new hours. I respond with - "you can tell me nicely that these are holiday hours and I'll leave." She gives me more attitude and makes a rude comment about me, walks over to her manager and repeatedly says, "we've got customers back here that don't want to leave." I walked towards the front of the store and say out loud, "I'm fine with leaving if you ask me nicely." And it goes from there. Her friend gets involved and starts giving me attitudes/sarcastically laughing at me. Now the manager comes in and tries to shut up his two out of control employees. I tell him he needs to fire these two - who keeps employees with such an attitude problem????? Then as I'm trying to look for the exit - she starts laughing at me??!? I swear back at her because at this point I've completely lost it. Meanwhile the manager is trying to get his dumbass employee to shut up. Then she yells out "I GO TO COLLEGE." How is that even relevant??? The reason why it makes me so mad is because if she had come up to me and explained to me that it's holiday hours and that it hadn't been reflected online, I would have left happily and come back the next day. My issue with this sick excuse for an establishment is the fact that these two sad excuses for human beings will continue on with their jobs As a manager, I hope you fire these tired ass, irresponsible women. DO NOT go to this store. Go to the other homegoods store. I'm not the kind of person that gets into fights and in generally very calm and understanding. This is my first review on yelp because honestly, the establishments that I would ever end up reviewing are either amazing or absolutely terrible. This is one of the bigger Homegoods I've seen. Typical of all the Homegoods stores, though they may have a few more items. Much ike all their stores, much of the stuff is made like shit. Here's what I don't like about these stores. Some of the items are fairly priced. Others leave me scratching my head in amazement at what they are asking for it. If something is damaged, they will only take off 10% !!! Doesn't matter if the damage renders the item useless or not!! That is a bullshit policy in my opinion. read more

I love this jawn. This spot always has the deals on all the stuff I need for the house. They do these crazy sales every once in awhile and the stuff they sell is of pretty good quality. Dont let people try and talk the place down a deal is a deal is a deal. read more
