I got my hair cut there and Kevin completely hacked my hair and I wasn't happy with the coloring…read morejob on my roots either as it was too dark. His reply was the color will calm down as I wash it and with highlights will correct it. It was my first time going and I would never go back again as my first time going completely ruined the trust. He didn't cut my hair across like a normal stylist would do with scissors. He did downward strokes, possibly with thinning shears as my ends are all broken and frayed and razor scissors wouldn't do this. I only wanted my almost grown out layers trimmed and instead he added extremely short layers in a long hair cut and its all choppy and frayed and damaged looking. I'm upset because it took me forever to grow out my layers and now he started me completely over on the process which will take a couple years to grow out. I have no clue why he would do this to me. Either way I forgive him but am completely disappointed. I pray he never does this to anyone else ever again as its definitely hurtful.
