Have been a good customer for the last year and a half. The women that did my nails were fabulous. My son in law had a heart attack last Sunday so I couldn't make my Monday appointment at 11:00. I called at 8: 00 and explained the situation and was ready to reschedule however I was told that's too bad but we r charging u $80 bc u didn't give 24 hour notice. I really don't think calling at 11:00 at night would have made a big difference. So now I will find anyher salon after this read more

Beware of the Cancelation policy !! I was scheduled for an appointment missed due to family emergency (seizure). I have a disorder I can not control. The person that called was told it was an emergency did not take that into consideration she just wanted the money. I was charged $118.00 for the appointment. I never missed an appointment before. You can not control everything sometimes emergencies happen!!! Needless to say I would NOT recommend to anyone. read more

I wasn't happy with my experience at this salon. The woman who did my hair didn't know what she was doing. After spending a lot of money here, I ended up having to go somewhere else to fix all she did wrong! What a nightmare & a waste of money it was at Root 39. Even something so small like my shampoo was the worst shampoo I ever had in a salon!!! My hair didn't even feel clean after it. Root 39 should have given me a refund for how terrible my hair was from them & for how damaged it got because I couldn't get an appt. to fix it elsewhere until 2 weeks later. read more
