At 5am one Sunday morning I had to dig that business card out that I have had tucked behind my license for the past three years and called the phone number. The woman that answered the phone sounded as if it was 12 o'clock Sunday afternoon. She assured me that someone would get back to me within the hour. As promised, I received a call from a young man named, Logan. He explained that an associate of his would be by shortly to pick my mom's body up. By 6 AM that Sunday morning, I walked beside the gurney that carried my mom's body out to the van where she would be taken to a safe place until in Logan's care. Logan called again later that morning to assure me that my mom's body was on the way to them. Logan contacted me several more times to keep me abreast of what was going on and what to expect. And reminded me that if I had any questions at all to reach out. Logan basically held my hand throughout the entire process of laying my mom's body to rest. He came to the cemetery said a prayer, read a beautiful poem and made my entire family feel at ease during a very difficult time. I honestly can't thank him enough.

The staff was very caring and my mother looked beautiful and peaceful in her casket. Even when I had an issue where my flowers were not delivered on time (my bad - I mistakenly phoned them in to an outside vendor ) they had their personal florist deliver a gorgeous spray in time for the funeral. The deacon and the staff (especially Barbara) were extremely helpful and compassionate making an otherwise painful day a lot more bearable.
