We were on our way back from the Nova Constellatio Gallery and we needed to stop for some gas. She went inside and bought some sushi to eat on the way home. This story just goes downhill from here: About 20 minutes after getting home, Judy (in a terrible state of agnosia) mistakes our new leather sectional for a toilet and let loose with a volcanic avalanche of diarrhea all over our beautiful living room. My wife just happened to walk in while this was happening and began to violently vomit all over herself and our new cashmere carpet. I went downstairs to see what the commotion was and slipped on my wife's vomit and hit my head on the end table, knocking my self unconscious and bleeding all over the floor. While all this was happening, our sewer line backed up and all our toilets were overflowing with raw sewage which ran all the down the hallways of our beautiful mansion. As you can imagine, this was not a mess that any of us wanted to clean up. Also, being millionaires living in the Hamptons means we have a reputation to uphold. We couldn't just call anyone to clean up this mess. That's why we called Carine Chem dry. I can tell you that Jesus H Christ himself isn't capable of the miracles that this man worked. They were able to remove all the awful stains and smells that body fluids are known to leave behind. They were detailed, thorough and discreet. Our floors have never been this clean and I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean our house. They are worth every penny! Repairman Said it was not the dryer but how the vents were configured( house fairly new build). Called Bobby and he came the next day. Him and his helper came on time and spent over 2 hours cleaning vent and removing 10 gallons of water that built up in the pipes due to the condensation . They took each pipe out from the attic to the roof , cleaned the lint and removed the water . Were not satisfied until they went to the roof to ensure the flaps were moving . Inexpensive, professional, and meticulous. I will use them to clean the AC vents in the future. Highly recommended!

They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation. I will only use Mergerian for carpet work in the future.
