We recently brought our son in and, as expected, were given a treatment plan that was about $2,000 after insurance. Just like before, we paid a significant amount out of pocket. Unfortunately, the current staff is a completely different story. There's a new injector, new front desk staff, and a new PT. The front desk especially could use some serious customer service training. They were unhelpful and had zero personality. We came in for what was supposed to be our final appointment to review my son's new X-rays and results. There was confusion about the appointment time my husband was told one thing and they claimed another so they marked us as "late." Because of that, they refused to see us. They also refused to do a Zoom call or even briefly discuss the results over the phone. It has now been months, and since they already received our money, we haven't heard a single word from them. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. It's really disappointing to see how much this place has gone downhill. What used to feel like a caring practice now feels like you're just another number once they've collected payment. They wont even give me the xrays. Dr. Chris has turned from Doctor to hardcore sales rep.

Both are highly competent, knowledgeable, very easy to get to know and they get to know you which helps them understand what you are capable of doing. I was told Kristin would push me which is what I wanted. I have played sports most my life, understand you have to push through certain pain, do what your told to get the results you want. I was surprised to learn only 50% of the patients who go through therapy actually do the exercises given by therapist to do at home in between therapy sessions. I did the exercises even challenged myself at home. My rehab went smoothly. I hit a 120 degree bend in less than 3 months. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain PT, Kristin and Sarah! I am a 68 year old man who has been to several physical theraphy offices in the Greeley area over…read morethe years. I had been going there twice a week for over a month. I alternated seeing Hayden and Matt. I then had a cardiac incident, not at Select Physical Theraphy. When I came to my next appointment with Hayden I told him about it. He decided to give me a gental session and said they might not want to treat me anymore but he wasn't sure. I thanked him and asked to be called if they decided not to continue with me. Not getting a call I showed up for my next session with Matt. He told me he did not want to treat me anymore. I complained about coming there for nothing that day and about other things ,like him setting me up to excercise in the past and then walking away and chit chating with another theraphist. I never raised my voice or used profanity when I told him he treated me in an unprofessional manner. An hour after getting home, I was called by a crisis councilor. Matt had called 911 saying I was a danger to other people and had threatened him. Also my insurance company was billed, even though no services (other than trying to get me in trouble with the law) were rendered that day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
