Allison said they would be done before the end of January. What followed was over three months of unanswered phone calls and text messages, as I tried to find out if the stockings were ready. We finally dropped by her house two days ago to get the stockings, finished or not. Three had been embroidered, but she had torn the linings on two of them. A fourth stocking had been embroidered, but she was in the process of picking it out, and the lining had been damaged. I couldn't believe the carelessness--these are very meaningful to our family! Thankfully, three had been spared. Allison offered no apology or explanation--at least she didn't try to charge us. We are going elsewhere to get the job finished and the damage hopefully repaired.
