Not actually honoring your hours of operation and opening when you say you are supposed to open is really disrespectful to your customers. They also seem to have trouble keeping their machines operational as many are not in operation. I have to imagine that because this business doesn't have any competitors nearby, they are able to operate with such disrespect of their customers so hopefully another laundry mat will open in the area, because if and when that happens, I have little doubt this business will be closed and the space looking for a new tenant.
