This store, is the complete opposite. Over the last 30 days, I've spend $368 to try to get a reliable tank and battery that doesn't leak - break or have defective coils. What do I have to show for it? A bunch of broken products that won't verify as authentic on any website and one working one working battery with no tank. Every product I've purchased from this store has broken, spits hot liquid or is a noticeable knock off. Even though they sell knock off products, I'm most upset about the customer service. My request was to simply have a working tank for all of the money I spent. The guy working there proceeds to tell me that it's my fault, that I don't know what I'm doing. Laughs at the fact that these products are breaking and tells me he will sell me another one. When I ask to be refunded, he tells me to get out... seriously. I bought a unit because I was lied to by the owner who said it has a good battery, but the battery only lasted an hour or two and took an extended time to charge. Didn't fit my needs, and I couldn't return it for another item which would fit my needs and be what I wanted in the first place. I tried to return it to get an exchange for something that had at least decent battery life. Since the store already got my cash, they wouldn't exchange it for a different item. They made excuses for the bad battery life that it was a starter unit, even though the day before I stressed I needed something with a long battery life. I feel ripped off and was the victim of con-artists with their new fly by night operation. I took the day old item to Hi-Tech Vapors in Greensburg who bought it off of me for half the price I paid, and found me a unit I love. Mike warned me that I might have to use more of it to get an effect. "BUt they pack it in real tight. You'll be able to tell when you open it." I should have realized that was an indication that it's not good. A. Have to use more. And B. The best thing to say about it is the packaging. I made my choice. I bought it. But it sucks. I called up Mike today and asked him about/told him about it, and he said "honestly, this is the first complaint I've ever heard about it." I guess that people told him they have to use more of it to get the effect isn't a complaint. It's just advice for future customers. I'm expert at a couple things. Kratom is not one of them. So I expect that a retailer who sells stuff is helping me make a decision by picking the best items to sell that will make their customers happy. I'd have felt better if Mike just apologized and said he's sorry about it. He didn't. He just told me he'd need to talk to some other time. I guess I was wasting his time. (Especially since no one else complained about it.). Since no one else has complained about it, my complaint is obviously off base.
