They did so with no advanced warning to their customers. We learned this from the local newspaper. After which we received a notice that if you want to recycle. Do it yourself. This despite an ordinance that requires all trash haulers. In the area to participate in recycling or be fined. Well there are many other trash haulers who do follow the law and don't tell their customers tough luck do it yourself. Pretty shameful way to treat their customers.

As a result I have two visible pinholes in each of my girls dresses, which I now have to talk to photographer to edit out of the photos, since the marks are front and center. You would think It would be common sense to not put pins in visible sight. Furthermore, the pricing was insanity for what we got done. I will never use this cleaner again and would not recommend anyone else do so either. This had nothing to do with covid, just not using common sense.
