We had a tricky shoot, complete with food, kids, animals, and moving vehicles and Andy rolled with right along with us.

Woohoo! First review! :)…read more My wife and I had the pleasure of having Chris as our videographer/photographer at our wedding. Upon our first meeting, we just knew we would work well together. Extremely professional, detail-oriented, and just an overall great personality. All top qualities of a talented individual whose passion really shows through his craft. Come wedding day, Chris was well prepared. Cameras, drone, tripod, all in hand. This guy worked flawlessly and smoothly transitioned from place to place. He was like a ninja, magically appearing in 10 places at once haha. Our shoots were filled with so much laughter and joy and he really made us feel comfortable in front of a camera. On top of all that, Chris also went the extra mile and stayed to the very end in order to COMPLETELY capture our special day. So awesome. Fast forward just 2 days after the wedding, Chris sends me a text telling me final video edits are completed and forwards me a link to the video. Everyone reading this review, I will share this with you: I may have shed a tear or two (or 8) during my wedding, but this video that was specially compiled for us, had me ugly-crying (in a good way haha). The cinematography, the song choices that Chris chose for us, all the special moments of the most perfect day. This video was so amazing, I was just completely blown away. Words cannot describe how grateful we are. In such a competitive world, where it's so hard to find quality service, Chris @ Reckless Love Media truly stands above the rest. His passion, professionalism, his meticulous eye, and his "aim to please" attitude are what sets him apart and he COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations. Chris, thanks so much again! We wish you and your wife the best! Also, thanks Roger for all your help too! Cheers!

Chris is all around professional, friendly, flexible, and patient with children. All this to say he makes everything feel at ease. As a woman, you want everything perfect for photo day or a special day. He will put your mind at ease and get the job done! If you have suggestions he is willing to listen to what your needs are. His prices are fair. One thing I must say is, I will definitely be using him for videography soon. I wish I had my wedding video done by him! He is amazing and know how to tell the story.

We contacted Ken on very short notice to inquire about a unique family shoot. Much to my surprise,…read morehe said he had a date/time open which worked perfectly. He and his wife were beautifully professional and we truly enjoyed them both during the process. The pictures turned out beautifully and the one thing that we worried most about, Ken blended out giving us priceless family photos without a stinging memory. The only thing I'd have changed is some of the very fine details like power lines or random limbs that could be cropped out, but in the end, they're definitely authentic. Looking through his portfolio, we found his wedding photos are phenomenal, and our family photos turned out so well, we'd recommend him for almost any occasion. Thank you!

I really wanted to give them a good review because on the day if they were very easy to work…read morewith...I didn't feel awkward or rushed. So let me preface by saying that I completely understood that no shot is the same because no venue or scene is the same. But I was very disappointed in the final images with what was advertised in his portfolio. I hired Andrew not just for the pictures he took but for his editing style. It made me feel like he knew how to make things look good in this world of social media but still clear in detail for prints. Below are a few comparisons. As I said, I know the scenes are completely different but the attention to detail is still drastically different. The majority of the photos I received didn't seem to be edited to have a focal point, things like trash bags and sandals that could have been easily cropped were not and even at most the exposure, brightness and contrast from the raw images (even if that were done) were the only things that were retouched. I did add a picture that seems to have been retouched up to par with what was advertised on the portfolio but there are maybe 10/400. Now I know that there are some crazy bridezillas who leave illegitimate reviews. So before I even contacted Andrew about my concerns, I asked my day of coordinator (who is amazing by the way- if you're looking, check out Team Wedding) to review them to have get insight from a "wedding professional" as she used to be a wedding photographer. She agreed that the shooting and editing style that a majority of the pictures we received, were not reflected in what was in his public portfolio. When I contacted Andrew, I asked him if we could have access to the RAW images and a partial refund for the time to edit them myself (through photoshop and Lightroom, not just slapping an Instagram filter). He stated that he does not see how the images compared because the settings were different. I replied again stating that it was not the venue or the setting but the things left in the shot that anyone who isn't even a professional photographer could notice again referring to the photo where I am putting my shoes. We tried to even forego a refund for the raw images just to salvage something. He replied back still insisting that because the venues were different and that's why the photos were different. As I said, I wanted to leave a great review. But, unfortunately, this is a case of expectation versus reality.
