Now with no more COVID rules I ask myself why do I still have to text and wait outside. I go to the window and see if there are any other customers and there never is. You are lucky if your wait time is shorter than 45 mins, they seem to serve customers on their schedule, when I know they are doing nothing in the store and just making you wait, cause it happens every time I go there. Then you have to jump through hoops to get a simple payday loan. Credit check, they want you to use an app so they can have full access to your banking history which is invasion of privacy. I can understand asking for 30 days history, but to give them more than that for a payday loan, come on. They snoop on your credit history even after you get approved usually four months after for another hard credit check that will cost about 30 points of your credit score without even asking your permission. Then when you file for a dispute of wrong doing with Trans Union, Cashco will lie and say you were informed about it. When I was young I used payday loans and now with and cause of COVID I had no choice but to borrow a small sum on payday loans. But now my credit went from good to fair just from all the hits on my credit from Cashco, from three measly 250.00 payday loans. Bought my stolen items even if it looked like they were stolen. They put it on the list they…read moresubmitted to the RCMP and I got lots of stuff back. I would rather that they bought the stolen stuff so I could get it back than refuse to buy it and have it sold on the streets. Now I just need to find out where the rest of the stuff went.
