Workers are not friendly. Rude and humiliating customers the worker seems to not care at work just slacking off. Just try every ways to give you a hard time, push you away so they don't have to do the work. Or deal with your situation. I been sending money to my relatives many time in Everett location i never have a problem or have to answer a bunch of unnecessary questions at this location in Marysville. since i had an account & they can see my history on my profile. This morning, I went to the Marysville location to cash a check so that I can buy a car. Of course, they had to put me through the ringer and verify everything. After about 30 minutes they decided they couldn't cash my check, because there was a transaction pending. What happened is that I tried a mobile capture through online banking, and for some reason they didn't take it.....and somehow, Moneytree knows this, and wouldn't cash my check, so I had to get it reissued, and wait another week. The lasy that helped me said "My hands are tied, there's nothing else I can do." Just cash the damn check instead of putting people through the ringer. I won't go back to this location. read more

One weekend evening, I needed to stop in at this Moneytree location for several transactions. Tiffany, the Branch Manager, helped me with multiple steps and provided outstanding service. She was courteous, informed and very detailed. Lexi, an associate, helped me on the phone prior to my stop and her excellent customer service was the reason I selected this store.
