First time working with a travel agent and it has not been a good experience. She did not listen to…read morerequests I made, responses were slow if at all, I had to reach out to her multiple times, she did not suggest or check in with me. I expected her to help with booking airfare, I had to reach out to her to even get that process started and now because it is so late flights are already filling up. When we first started the process I asked if she was going to take care of flights and she said yes and then I never heard from her. It did not remove any stress or hassle with booking a vacation and every interaction felt like I was bothering her. Do not use them. I should have booked directly with Princess. I would have gotten better customer service.

I had sent Deanna an email of some ports and land tours we were interested in and ask if she could look into it and give us a quote. She booked it on the smallest ship they have after I had told her I get motion sickness easily. And she booked it for only 2 people when I told her there were 4 of us. I would send her emails, and she wouldn't read all of it. She read what she wanted. I got ticked off when I sent her an email with different ports/land and asked if she could verify it had land tour and for a quote. She went ahead and cancelled the booking I already had and book the one I was only asking for a quote and didn't even answer my question. I finally sent her an email and told it was the 3rd time I felt she didn't listen to what I was saying or asking and that she definitely didn't read my email. I also let her know it was extremely frustrating and I decided to go elsewhere to have my trip planned. This was her response. Thanks for letting me know. Best wishes for your cruise. Not even an apology for being a horrible agent. We booked with Princess directly. It was the same price, and we receive more dollar credits on board and for excursions.

The agent was hard to contact and it would take days to receive a reply. We used a service they recommended for hotel transport. Another family member used a local "Safe" service for 2/3rds less. The resort gave kiddie portions. (All Inclusive) Yeah Right!!! When you realize how bad it's going you're in so deep. You just take this crappy ride to nowhere. Do your homework!!!!

We had some problems with our hotel (that had nothing to do with them), but Alyssa and Nolan worked double time to not only "fix" the situation but make it better for both us and our guests. The whole process went smoothly for us, and I know that was thanks to their hard work. And for all that work and dedication, LovinAway has earned 5+/5 stars.
