AMAZING customer service!!…read more Not just once, but TWICE in the last 3 months, I have called on Mendez & Associates for their expert advise regarding insurance, and they were exceptional BOTH times!! I was cancelled by Universal. They dropped me after a 3 year battle regarding a claim for roof damage from a tropical storm. It was my only claim in 25 years. Since a damaged roof cannot be insured, I reached out to Mendez & Assoc., and spoke with Al. He immediately guided me step by step on what I needed to do once my new roof was installed. His team set me up with the required mitigation inspection and had me insured the following day!! The quote was less than what any of my neighbors are currently paying, so I was happy. It was an easy process and a WIN-WIN!! Then today, I was saved again! My mom recently purchased a new car, and her insurance company of many years quoted her through the roof!! I called Barbara and she provided a quote, saving my mom over $800 with BETTER coverage!! These guys are ON THE BALL and serious with regards to quick turnaround. Hands down, the BEST customer service I've experienced in a long time. I will be telling all my friends and family about Mendez & Associates. Rest assured you will not be disappointed!! Immediately, upon receipt of this bill, Called to cancel our policy and they only cancelled auto, and never cancelled the rent policy-we do not even live at that house for months. They are still calling to try to collect for the auto policy we did not authorize. Do NOT go with this place. They truly deserve zero stars. If they are scanning residents of the house, why wouldn't they call and ask about it, instead of automatically adding them and billing people without their knowledge or authorization. It seems like these messes could be avoided, but progressive sadly has to trick people into paying for something they don't need. State Farm is much better and cheaper.

The employees there are inept to take care of your needs in a timely manner. This has cost me in the end thousands of dollars!

Kathy at this agency just made the whole process incredibly smooth from quoting to application to document submission to payment submission to follow up. With so many businesses now days treating customers with indifference, it was so refreshing to find someone like Kathy that cares about customers. In addition, 5 years ago there was another agent, whose name I do not remember, that helped me when my new car dealer delayed getting my VIN into the state data base. That agent walked me through taking pictures of the VIN and sending to them so the insurance could go on and get into effect while waiting on the lazy car dealer to do their job.
