I was lucky enough to have a great agent and title company because they stayed on top of her to get my purchase completed. Sometimes I would be asked for documents last minute and other times she would ask for the same document over and over. She is not organized, but she does put on a good show at the beginning to make you think you are getting a hard worker. My closing was delayed because of the lender and there were multiple mistakes regarding the closing documents as well. She even told the title company I requested certain changes and I had no clue what she was talking about in the closing room because Leticia never had a conversation about it. She will make excuses the whole time. It is always someone else's fault. Stay far away from Leticia. Also, don't ask for her manager if you have issues. It is her husband, and he will do NOTHING to remedy the situation. He even hung up on me while I was explaining the issues.

As you've probably guessed, Lenore is a very patient agent. She's also very down-to-earth and has that old South Austin vibe (she's been in the biz for like 3 decades). I don't even remember how many homes we looked at, and Lenore's advice was on target for each one. She'd tell me to walk away from a house, even if it meant more work for her down the line. With Lenore's advice, I actually ended up being the winning bidder and went under contract for all three homes that I pursued. Three for three - that's an amazing score in this super-hot Austin market. She was very helpful with how much to bid and how to tailor all the other contingencies so that we would come out ahead of the other buyers, but without getting into a ridiculous bidding war. Unfortunately, the first two houses turned out to have severe structural issues upon closer inspection, and I backed out of them (with Lenore's encouragement). The third house wasn't as pretty, but Lenore told me to go for it because it had great guts - I ended up closing on that and feel very happy about it 6 months on. As for Brian M's 1-star review below, what gives dude? Lenore is very professional, courteous and actually has great people-skills.
