The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. They will jip you and send you the wrong items.

Traffic was being diverted to allow parents and children to exit a school at dismissal time. This is a daily occurrence. A Tycoon Party Rental company van pulled up to the person directing traffic. Apparently there was a need to tell the traffic officer that was blocking the lane of traffic that they are "an asshole". There's an old saying that a team is only as strong as the weakest link. To be effective as a team, it doesn't matter if team has has star performers, the effectiveness of the whole team can be jeopardized by one player. That employee/team member represents the entire organization during the encounter. I work for an organization that follows those beliefs.
